Use this screen to view or update details of a process in a system workflow. To access the screen, click an entry in the Description column of the View Workflow Process screen.
The fields on this screen have the following properties:

| Description | Description of the workflow process. |
| Offset Time | Time delay in seconds after which this process is started. This determines the order or processes within the workflow. |
| Process | Process type, selected from a list: 'Send SMS', 'Send Email', 'Send Settings SMS', 'Send PIN Code', 'Send Landing Page Link (SMS)', 'Send Landing Page Link (Wap Push)', 'Send Game Link (SMS)', 'Send Message', 'Raise Affiliate Helpdesk Entry', 'Age Verify Caller', 'Set As KYC-D', 'Apply Bonus', 'Call URL', 'Track To Google Analytics', 'Disable Affiliate', 'Notify Affiliate Tree'. |
| Remove On Event | Event type, selected from a list: 'Landing Page Wap Push Sent', 'Game Wap Push Sent', 'Creation Of New Account', 'Game List Displayed', 'Game Downloaded', 'Account Mobile Registration', 'Account Online Activation', 'Account Online Deposit', 'Account Deposit Failed', 'Account Withdrawal Processed', 'Account Withdrawal Cancelled', 'Account Online Withdrawal Request', 'Account Smartphone Registration', 'Account Smartphone Deposit', 'Account Smartphone Withdrawal Request', 'Account Referral Signup', 'Account Disabled By FDM', 'Account Verification Image Loaded', 'Game Needs To Be Upgraded', 'Invoice Paid'. |
| Message or Email Template | Depending on the process type, either enter a process message (or click the ellipsis button to select a suitable internationalised string code) or select an Email template to use, selected from the list. |

| Excluded Marketing Codes | Marketing code(s) excluded from this workflow process, separated by commas. |
Change the process details, then click the Update button to store them, or click the browser Back button to return to the previous screen.
