Use this pop-up screen to quickly add a new VLT (Video Lottery Terminal). To access the screen, click the Add button above the column headers of the List VLTs screen. Note that this screen sets up a new VLT with the minimum amount of detail - you can then add further details using the View VLT Details screen.
The fields on this screen have the following properties:

| VLT Name | Name of the VLT. |
| Description | Meaningful description of the VLT. |
| URL | URL of the VLT. |
| Type | Type of VLT, selected from a list. |
| Group | VLT group that the VLT belongs to, selected from a list. |
Enter details for the new Video Lottery Terminal, then click the Add button to store them, or click the X button to abandon the entry and close the pop-up.
